李闻海 LI Wenhai

  泰国正大集团副总裁，南京工业大学浦江学院理事长、华商学研究院院长、清华大学华商研究中心潮商学首席专家。中国侨联“潮商学”公益基金管理委员会主任，潮州砚峰书院山长，在中山大学、西安交大、上海大学、暨南大学、汕头大学等多所高校任兼职教授、客座教授。

  兼任泰中促进投资贸易商会名誉主席、泰国华人青年商会名誉会长，2025年受聘为泰国贸易院首位海外顾问。荣获泰国王室勋章、马来西亚拿督头衔、国际美食家协会颁发“美食文化国际大奖”。

刘宏 LIU Hong

  南洋理工大学协理副校长、南洋公共管理研究生院院长（研究与培训），社会科学学院陈六使讲席教授（公共政策与全球事务）。自 2018 年以来，连续五年荣登斯坦福大学全球顶尖 2%科学家榜单。刘宏教授在社会科学、文化研究(包含区域国别研究和移民研究)、经济学、社会学以及政治学与公共管理等学科均入选，这体现了他卓越的学术成就，以及在积极推动国际学术交流，学科建设和研究合作方面的贡献。

  刘宏教授还担任南洋理工大学华裔馆董事，《华人研究国际学报》及 Journal of Chinese Overseas 主编，曾任英国曼彻斯特大学东亚系讲座教授暨中国研究中心首任主任。

熊榆 XIONG Yu

  教授，英国萨里大学协理副校长，萨里大学区块链及元宇宙应用研究院院长，英国牛津大学技术发展中心高级研究员，英国约克大学计算机学院兼职教授，博士生导师，英国皇家注册工程师，牛津大学知识产权估值平台OxValue 联合创始人及董事总经理，日本东京交易所著名人工智能上市公司Datasection（No. 3905T）高级副总裁兼首席研究科学家。2025 年联合创立 Endless区块链协议，按 10 亿美金估值获得 1.1 亿美金融资，成为独角兽企业。熊榆教授在产业链方面研究的 100 余篇论文发表在国际期刊和会议上。是 2012 年伦敦奥运会火炬手。

潘庆中 David Q. PAN

  清华大学苏世民书院常务副院长、教授，全面负责书院的日常管理工作。潘庆中 1980 年考入清华大学数学及计算机技术应用专业，获清华大学工学学士学位。随后在清华大学攻读硕士和博士，获清华大学工学硕士和经济学博士学位。1993 年获得美国斯坦福大学工学院理学硕士学位。1994-2004 年，潘庆中先后在四家公司做工程师、研发部经理、副总裁、CEO、董事长等。2004-2014 年，潘庆中在清华经管学院负责学院的国际、国内合作，以及学院顾问委员会的日常工作。他同时也是清华大学公司治理研究中心研究员，其研究领域包括企业发展、公司治理、中国经济史、一带一路等，教授的中英文课程有管理经济学、公司治理、管理信息系统、中外企业发展史等。兼职北京师范大学特聘教授，一带一路研究院副院长，中国公共关系协会副会长等。

  Executive Dean and Professor, Schwarzman College, Tsinghua University. David oversees the program’s daily operations and is responsible for teaching and organizing innovative courses to encourage active engagement between students and industry leaders. As a serial entrepreneur, David used to work in the IT industry as an Engineer,Director of R&D, CEO and Chairman, and was granted various awards for technological innovation. Returning to academia in 2004, David taught courses and conducted research in managerial economics, corporate governance, business development, and economic history at Tsinghua University. He also responsible for the school's international and domestic cooperation, as well as the daily work of the school's advisory board at the Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management (SEM). David received his BE in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science, ME in Economics and PhD in Finance from Tsinghua University, and his MS in Engineering at Stanford University. David is appointed as a "Jingshi" distinguished professor. David is also served as an Associate Dean of the Belt and Road Research Institute, and Vice President of the China Public Relations Association.

王士东 WANG Shidong

  牛津大学摄政学院，跨学科平台-牛津大学全球发展与展望研究院主任，负责主持研究院全面工作。曾于加州大学伯克利分校统计系从事博士后研究员工作，于德国波恩大学取得博士学位。被国内聘为复旦大学、中国社科院大学兼职客座教授。科研兴趣方面，在经济技术创新和市场量化模型预测，演化博弈论，自适应群体进化理论有着较高质量和深刻的学术研究工作。其跨学科研究成果发表于国际领域知名 SSCI，SCI 收录索引学术期刊如《International Journal of Research in Marketing》，《Quantum Probability and Infinite Dimensional Analysis》,《Markov Process and Related Fields》等。

  他曾牵头发起每年度的中英大学校长圆桌对话交流机制 2016-20，建立英国罗素集团高校和中国 985 级别高校的合作对话机制。牛津全球发展与展望研究院是牛津的跨学科研究院平台，位于牛津大学摄政学院。当前主要聚焦牛津六个跨学科学术研究群体，涵盖 1) 莫言国际写作中心，2）高等教育和国际化，3）人工智能和全球治理，4)经济技术创新及品牌全球化，5）社会治理，6）中国海外人文遗产

  Serves as the Director of the interdisciplinary platform - Oxford Prospects and Global Development Institute at Regent’s Park College, Oxford University since the year 2016. Before moving to Oxford in 2011, he had worked as a Research Fellow at the Department of Statistics at the University of California, Berkeley, and obtained a PhD in Mathematics from the University of Bonn, Germany. He is a Visiting Professor at Fudan University and the University of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences in China.

  In terms of scientific research work, he has high-quality and profound academic research work in economic and technological innovation and market quantitative model prediction, evolutionary game theory, and adaptive group evolution theory. His interdisciplinary research results have been published in internationally academic journals indexed by SCI and SSCI such as "The International Journal of Research in Marketing", "Quantum Probability and Infinite Dimensional Analysis", "Markov Process and Related Fields", etc.

白莎 Elisabeth Kaske

  德国莱比锡大学现代中国社会与文化教授，Modern Chinese Society and Culture，Institutsgebäude, Universität Leipzig Elisabeth Kaske has joined Leipzig University as professor of modern Chinese society and culture in April 2017, after studying and teaching in Berlin, Beijing,Heidelberg, Frankfurt, Boston, Vienna, Pittsburgh, Taipei, and Princeton. As a historian of late Qing and early Republican China she is interested in China’s rugged path towards modernization. Her studies include the history of German-Chinese military exchange and technology transfer, the emergence of new concepts of language and education, the sale of rank and public office by the late imperial state,and the fiscal regime of the Qing dynasty. After having long focused on bureaucratic elites, she has recently become fascinated with how new professional elites,particularly engineers, imagined the nation and their own role in it.

宁洲明 Matthias Niedenführ

  齐柏林大学研究员，Junior Professor of Chinese Studies and Business Ethics,Department of Chinese Studies, and Vice-Director of the China Centre Tübingen(CCT)，Zeppelin University

  Jun. Prof. Niedenführ’s research interests concern business ethics in China and the Chinese diaspora, civil society development in China, political economy of communication (especially the politicization of national histories on TV), national identity construction, regional economic integration and institutional economics in East Asia. His current project focuses on the reception and practical implementation of Western concepts of business ethics such as Corporate Social Responsibility at the national, institutional and individual levels in China and the study of indigenous Chinese approaches, such as the "Confucian Entrepreneur" (rushang 儒商), both in history and contemporary practice. The research distinguishes between institutional approaches (management tools and systems) and individual approaches (self-reflection and character formation). On the basis of qualitative interviews, the connotations and interpretations of s hared concepts of business ethics are systematically analyzed.

马德斌 MA Debin

  Distinguished Visiting Professor, Tsinghua University; Quondam Fellow, All  Souls College, Oxford University. 清华大学卓越访问教授，牛津大学万灵学院 Quondam Fellow，香港大学量化历史中心研究员，曼彻斯特大学与复旦大学经济学院访问兼职教授。

  他的研究重点涵盖中国及东亚的长期经济增长，探讨制度与法律对经济发展权的影响，并对中国，东亚其他国家及欧洲的长期经济变迁与生活水平进行比较研究，在 Journal of Economic Literature; Journal of Economic History 等国际知名经济学与经济史学术期刊上发表论文数十篇，并著有《中国经济史的大分流与现代化：一种跨国比较视野》。他也是剑桥大学出版社《剑桥中国经济史》（The Cambridge Economic History of China)的合作主编。

王苍柏 WANG Cangbai

  威 斯 敏 斯 特 大 学 （ University of Westminster ）移 民 和 空 间 研 究 中 心（HOMELandS）创始人兼联合主任，教授。他的研究兴趣涵盖跨国迁移、华人移民以及与迁移相关的博物馆和文化遗产研究。他在多种国际同行评审期刊上发表了大量论文，包括《亚太观点》（Asia Pacific Viewpoint）、《国际遗产研究期刊》（International Journal of Heritage Studies）、《亚太移民期刊》（Asian and Pacific Migration Journal）、《中国信息》（China Information）以及《现代中国》（Modern China）。他近期的出版著作包括《华人移民的博物馆呈现：迁移历史与祖籍国文化遗产》（Museum Representations of Chinese Diasporas: Migration Histories and the Cultural Heritage of the Homeland，Routledge，2021 年）。

  Cangbai Wang is a Professor of Migration, Heritage and Language, founder and Co-Director of HOMELandS (Hub On Migration, Exile, Languages and Spaces) at the University of Westminster. His research interests fall in transnational migration, Chinese diasporas and migration-related museum and cultural heritage studies. He has published widely in peer-reviewed international journals including Asia Pacific Viewpoint, International Journal of Heritage Studies, Asian and Pacific Migration Journal, China Information and Modern China. His recent publications include Museum Representations of Chinese Diasporas: Migration Histories and the Cultural Heritage of the Homeland (Routledge 2021).
